Ingredients include organic elderberry, organic cinnamon, organic clove, organic peppermint, organic rose hips, organic echinacea , organic mullein, raw honey and distilled water.
Taking elderberry syrup prevents cold and flu. Recommended dose is to take 1 tablespoon daily for adults and 1/2 teaspoon a day for children 1 to 5 years old. Children 5 to 12 take 1 teaspoon and children 12 & up 1 tablespoon day. If you get sick with a cold or flu take every 2 to 3 hours.
