Instructions are included with the kit and ingredients makes up to 1 gallon of syrup. The only items needed to make syrup is gallon of spring or distilled water and raw honey (local or organic is best). Recommended Dosage: Don’t give to children under the age of 1 years old. Children ages 1 -5 years old can take a 1/2 teaspoon daily. Children 5 -12 years old can take 1 teaspoon. Ages 12 to adulthood can take 1-2 tablespoon daily based on level of wellness. If someone gets cold & flu or suffer with seasonal allergies may take syrup every 2 to 3 hours.
